Intellectual Property Protection

The content published on the Virtual Business Center platform, including texts, photographs, logos, graphic elements, design, databases, software solutions, video and audio materials, as well as other copyrighted content, is protected in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of North Macedonia regarding intellectual property, copyright, and industrial property rights.

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, except for content uploaded by independent sellers, are owned by Business Trade Center or their lawful rights holders.

Rights and Responsibilities of Sellers

Each seller who registers a store and uploads products or content to the platform guarantees that:

  • they have the legal right to use and publish the photographs, texts, trademarks, and other materials,
  • the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights,
  • they will not publish pirated, counterfeit, or illegally obtained materials,
  • they bear full responsibility for any potential intellectual property infringement.

Virtual Business Center reserves the right to remove any content, product, or user account if there is suspicion or a report of copyright infringement or violation of other intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from the rights holder, the following actions are prohibited:

  • copying, downloading, or reproducing content from the platform,
  • using photographs, logos, or texts for commercial purposes,
  • modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying content,
  • automated extraction of data or databases,
  • using the platform’s brand, name, or visual identity without authorization.

Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that certain content on the platform infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a request for review and removal of the content.

The request should include:

  • information about the rights holder,
  • description of the reported content,
  • link to the disputed content,
  • proof of ownership or usage rights,
  • contact information.

Limitation of Liability

Virtual Business Center provides a technical platform for electronic commerce and is not the direct owner of products and content published by independent sellers. Responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the published materials belongs to the seller who uploaded the content.

The company reserves the right, without prior notice, to remove content that violates the law, good business practices, or third-party rights.
