Welcome to the Customer Support Center of Virtual Business Center.
Our platform enables independent sellers to register and manage their own online stores through which they offer products and services for electronic commerce.

All sellers registered on the platform are required to comply with the rules regarding:

  • accuracy of product information,
  • timely delivery,
  • secure online payment processing,
  • protection of personal data,
  • user privacy,
  • refund and return policies,
  • as well as all legal obligations related to e-commerce.

When Can You Request Customer Support?

Users (buyers) may contact us if:

  • the product has not been delivered within the expected timeframe,
  • the received product does not match the description,
  • the product is damaged or defective,
  • there is an issue with payment or transaction processing,
  • the seller does not respond to the buyer’s request,
  • a refund has not been processed according to the stated policy,
  • there is suspicion of misuse or inaccurate information,
  • there are issues accessing a user account or order,
  • a violation of privacy or misuse of personal data is detected,
  • or for any other questions related to the use of the platform.

Responsibility of Sellers

Business Trade Center provides the electronic commerce platform, while each registered store is independently responsible for:

  • the accuracy of products and pricing,
  • product availability,
  • the quality of products and services,
  • timely delivery,
  • handling complaints and claims,
  • as well as compliance with legal obligations toward consumers.

The company operating the platform has agreements with each seller and may assist in resolving disputes, but the direct responsibility for products and deliveries belongs to the seller.

Rules for Requesting Customer Support

When submitting a support request, the user should provide:

  • order number,
  • full name,
  • contact phone number or email address,
  • description of the issue,
  • and, if necessary, photos or additional evidence.

Requests containing offensive, false, or incomplete information will not be processed.

Our support team will make every effort to respond to each request within 24 to 72 business hours.
